Happy New Years Eve! This is a special day in our house as we celebrate our 2 year wedding anniversary and celebrate my furbaby Kix turning 4! Sadly I fell behind on my pictures for December but I thought I would take a minute and write about our year.

We were truly blessed in 2012!!
We took a cruise with my best friend and her husband and got to see so many beautiful islands in the Carribean. I was happily able to cross snorkeling in a coral reef off my bucket list! Once home, we got to move into our new home. It was a tough process fixing it up but it so worth it now! Also this year, I got to make THREE short trips home to Pennsylvania to spend time with friends and family. While I know I won't be this lucky forever, we plan to keep traveling home as money allows! I was honored to participate in two weddings, my best friend Erik from childhood and my friend Samantha out here in Nebraska. Both weddings were a blast!
We also found out we were expecting our first child! I spent the last 8 months of 2012 cooking our little guy, Easton. We are eagerly waiting his arrival (In my mind, It cannot come soon enough!). While a lot of people were unfortunate in the job front this year, both my husband and I were blessed to be employed! I loved my job at the elementary school and was sad to leave it in August. On the plus side, I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Education a couple weeks ago so 2013 will be all about finding a new job! Jeremy's farming was also very prosperous for our family.
We were able to make a couple long weekend local trips: Deadwood, Estes, Snowy Range....
My husband and I also got remarried into the Catholic Church in June. This meant a lot to me and happily, my mother was out here visiting and able to witness the marriage :)

Of course there were some not so fun moments of the year but all in all, we were blessed in 2012. Here's to 2013!!

Following are pictures summing up our great year! A News Years Resolution I have this year is to be more consistent on here so I am thinking of trying to do a picture a day. This way, I can take pictures of whatever I want! Also, look forward, my viewers, to more pictures of the baby and less of the dogs coming 2013 :)

I have decided to combine 4 days with one event :) While back home in Pennsylvania  we went to visit the Rocky Ridge Park Christmas Lights. Basically, a whole park is decorated with lights and people can walk through and enjoy Christmas beauty! This has been a tradition for me since I was little and it was nice to share this with my husband :)

Christmas, my favorite holiday! We decorated our tree tonight, knowing next Christmas, we will be trying to keep a 10 month old away from it :)
