let the countdown to 1 begin!

11 months!

  •  FINALLY pulled himself up to standing!
  • Still only army crawls, without really lifting his belly up. But he goes fast, so what can ya do?
  • About 30 inches long ( measured with Daddy's tape measure)
  • First major injury: Touched his little hand to he wood stove the day before Thanksgiving. Ouch!
  • Loves to babble and blow raspberries but still only says MAMA
  • Loves: the dogs, eating, playing on the little step up to the wood stove, standing at the dining room window and looking outside, using the shelf under the coffee table as his personal playground, and rolling his balls on the dining room floor
  • Still taking 3 naps a day! And sleeping through he night (9-12 hours!)
  • Wearing 12 month clothes with some 18 month pants thrown in for the length!

Start to the holiday season!

I have been looking forward to holidays this year, mostly because I get to spend Christmas at home for the first time in 5 years. It is also fun to introduce the holidays to a new little person! Can't wait to start holiday traditions with him!

Thanksgiving was mostly spent at my mother in laws house. At least that is where the pictures are from :)

Time for crafting

I have to show off some lovely Pinterest inspired decorations!
And new orange dining room walls, that I am slightly obsessed with!

The bottom is a high chair banner for Easton's first birthday. While we decided not to have a party, baby still needs some swag! (Yes, I said it. His FIRST birthday, wahhhhh!)
